This is from a dance show (ala "Soul Train") in the late 80's/early 90's called "The New Dance Show"
Little did they know how funny the show would be years later as an OLD dance show.
Important Feature: Watch the white guy at the 30 second mark...preferably someplace you won't get in trouble for laughing out loud.
