"The Renaissance" is Q-Tip's (of A Tribe Called Quest) second studio effort that dropped sometime in Novemeber of 2008.
The album is great in it's entirety and is definitely my "most listened to" hip-hop album of 2009 (...a close 2nd or maybe even a tie with Atmosphere's "When Life Gives You Lemons, You Paint That Shit Gold")
Anyways this track, "Dance On Glass", always jumped out at me as a killer. 1 minute of flow and then BAM! the beat just drops on you. If Weezy says, "let the beat build", than Q-Tip simply says, "On the minute mark...let there be beat."
