There appears to be a website where the entire thing started:
On the page we simply get an embedded YouTube video along with the name of the mastermind behind the whole thing: Erik Gustafsson, an Interactive Art Director out of Sweden
That's about all I know and really that's about all that makes sense. After watching it, I still have some questions...mainly about that last scene. (WTF is it? WTF is it from?)
Other than that, this is PURE genius
